I’ve heard closing on bank-owned properties can be difficult, but I would have never known because of the true professionals I dealt with. Robert in particular landed me the perfect investment home when my previous Realtors kept striking out. He was always available and made me a priority on nights and weekends when I could talk. Why not go straight to an office that has its own great listings and knows the game better than anyone in the area when it comes to investment properties?
